Courtesy Service Valet Vehicle Pickup & Delivery Program

Berman INFINITI Chicago “Service Valet” is an added service for those who may find it inconvenient to come to our service center. Our factory trained staff will come to your home or workplace (within zip code area) to pick up your INFINITI vehicle. We’ll drop off a service loan car and bring your vehicle back to our service center. Once the requested service is complete, we’ll reverse the process and bring your INFINITI back to you.

Berman INFINITI Chicago Shuttle

Complimentary INFINITI Shuttle Service is available to take you to your office, home or local shopping (within zip code area). Multiple stops may be required based on the amount of customers riding on our shuttle. If a pick-up is necessary, please contact our service receptionist at 312-476-8020 or your service consultant 30-45 minutes prior to desired pickup time.
