Team Member Of The Month: Chloe Alsubagh

We wanted to take the time to highlight a team member today that exemplifies what it means to be a part of the Berman team. As one of our most successful Sales Professionals, we sat with Chloe to discuss her experience in the Auto Industry, advice she could offer, and what drives her to success.
How long have you worked in the auto industry?
“10 months, now. This is my first job in the Auto industry.”
Where does your desire to sell cars come from?
“I worked in the retail industry for about 6 years and I like to get to know people and provide exceptional customer service; selling customers vehicles that they fall in love with and can take home.”
What advice do you have for other women looking to get into the auto industry?
“A lot of people connect with women when we provide customer service. Determine your customer’s needs while having a determined attitude. It’s definitely a challenging industry to succeed in, but I like to prove people wrong.”
What’s your favorite thing about working for Berman Auto Group?
“The employees are all welcoming, I’m able to ask questions and come to my peers to continue to learn. There are a lot of training tools and resources available that can make you successful.”
What advice would you give to potential customers looking to buy a vehicle?
“It’s all about determining your needs. INFINITI vehicles have a human-centric design and they have all vehicle types; Luxury AND performance vehicles.”
What’s your favorite INFINITI/Customer experience?
“I had a couple come in; a pastor and their wife. They didn’t know which car to pick. I helped determine their needs and found them a vehicle they’d never considered before: the Q70L. They were SO happy that they recently came in and leased another car. Exceed customer expectations and find them something they’ll love. They’ve bought 3 cars from us.”
